The reissues are really obvious if you have them in your hands, but from a label scan on ebay I can see the confusion. If it seems too good to be true then it probably is......

i think this was a different lot again. i distinctly bought a bunch from the big Baltimore promotor ebay dump last year. but now a friend of mine in chicago has a massive pallet of promo pics just chilling in his storage unit from another massive find around the same time. gilles petard was selling off copies of a few things on ebay semi-recently as well.

i just copied the original email you posted & changed a couple things, i had to remember how to change my user name to something ridiculous too.

I know this is an earlier 45, so may not be of any help, but there is precedence for white label non-promo US press vinyl with the artist name up top, may be another pressing plant variation?

i don't mind it, just adds some mojo to it as long as it plays clean.
