Acquired a hard drive from Eddie SITS. Donated the required amount to charity. Plug and play, random selection. 29000 tracks give or take. Promise to switch off after 20. Gone back in time to a time when I did not know what was coming next, no top 500 then. AND I truly only know, to any tangible degree, half of the tunes on this drive anyway, even today! Your top 20 should evolve... Just spend a few hours track hopping on YouTube and you will never get bored. Just too much quality out there to get stuck in a time warp. Ed

Well in the Motown museum you have the diamond encrusted glove from Michael Jackson, the sofa that Marvin Gaye used to stay overnight on, and a host of other memorabilia, as you'd expect.... Arguably the most talked about single DILYIID...would be a great addition, test pressing or labelled version. How one gets there, I'm not fussy, but when the extension gets completed, it would be a great centerpiece especially now FW has passed. And no I don't think it's the best soul single motown ever produced, just the most intriguing!! Ed

Marcene? Could well be. Had the vocal range. I just love the girls who can scream a note and make it sound soulful, as in this tune. Hard to find anything out about the group. Not seen any other releases. Ed

No doubt one or two more rarities may appear in the partial record collection sale. I'm guessing the owners acquired FW in a job lot. Detroit collectors need to get out there fast! Ed

The last time an original labelled copy got sold, it was by auction. This test pressing is being sold via the same platform. I'm just hoping we get to know the sold price. Just in case I come across another test pressing at a car boot sale etc:) Ed

The Motown museum in Detroit is getting an upgrade in the coming years. A feature on this record should be included as it's the most talked about and we'll known rare motown record. If as expected your test pressing sells for the most of any of the 3 or 4 known original copies, perhaps you could write to them with your story. Ed
