  1. Thanks Steve First time I've ever been there to see the bronze men. A bit blowy
  2. Had a walk on Crosby beach to today.
  3. listening to it now. A really good show and well put out by Richard Searling. It's not everyday you hear the lesser known Motown tracks on national radio. Good stuff
  4. Jackie Wilson brilliant. Think Twice with Lavern Baker is a good duet that has been playing in the car recently. The x rated version is a good take that needs to get played 😁
  5. Depends on which route you take and if you've done anything like it before. I wouldn't say it's "easy" in the sense of the word but some routes are less difficult than others. It's bloody good though 🙂This will give you some idea but there is a load more info else where https://www.walkupsnowdon.co.uk/paths-up-snowdon-in-order-of-difficulty/
  6. Great way on to Snowdon along with the South Ridge and a very quiet route
  7. three from a great walk over Crimpiau & Criegiau Gleision on a warm and very quiet Saturday in Snowdonia 1st one is the view down Dyffryn Mymbyr towards the Snowdon Horseshoe from Y Pincin. 2nd is where I'm walking with the view across Llyn y Coryn and the 3rd is the heather clad hills with a view to the big guns of the Ogwen Valley with Snowdon in the background. Photo's don't do the colour of the heather justice and it was a real pain getting through it as it covered a lot of the paths/tracks
  8. Only one left on Amazon although it said that two days ago. Quite a difference in price between different sellers.
  9. In stock here by the looks of it https://www.redeyerecords.co.uk/vinyl/111378-ath077-papa-bear-and-his-cubs-you're-so-fine
  10. That's a cracker 👍
  11. Wow, fantastic photos 👍 As a coincidence, we have been looking at going to Norway, the Loften Isles, as we know a few people who have been. Might have to look a bit harder now 👍
  12. Not sure how far apart they were or what planes but they caught my eye this morning. Taken on full 4x zoom on my phone. They were high and quiet
  13. Meeting the locals of Pefkos. The kittens fed on the cockroach and grasshoppers. There was also plenty of crickets knocking about for them 😁
  14. Thanks Flamingemeralds 👍
  15. Just had a week in Pefkos, Rhodes. It was a bit hot
  16. Cheers Steve, loving the birdie pics 👍
  17. A few from the Summer Solstice in Snowdonia. A view down the Dyffryn Mymbyr from Y Pincin above Capel Curig. A couple from the sunset on Snowdon Summit. One of Snowdon reflections across Llynarau Mymbry from Plas y Brenin
  18. Not posted on here for a bit but some cracking photos of all sorts of stuff. A couple from the Isle of Mull back in May, the beach near to us, some Dolphins we saw and the Puffins of Staffa
  19. Sad to hear this news. Thoughts go out to all the family and friends RIP
  20. Very sad news. Didn't know him that well but first met a long time ago through the KTF group. Last spoke in person about 3years ago at the Stoke niter. A sound bloke who will be missed by many. Condolences to his family.
  21. Three of the A380 at Manchester Airport today. I'll be on that later this year, upstairs 🙂
  22. Brilliant. Was lucky enough to visit the Blue Mountains nearly 10 years ago on our first trip down under. 3 sisters and the Wentworth falls, great times
  23. Yeh, I can believe it. When in Scotland a couple of years back, quite a lot turned up near to where we were staying in Kilchoan as there was sightings of a couple of Corncrake that had turned up. Yes we did have a listen out for it but nothing
  24. That really does tell a story. Reminds me of some folk watching a piece of plastic go round and round 🙂 Great picture
  25. Had a snowy walk in Snowdonia on Saturday enjoying the last of the snow before the rains come 🙂 First one is of Llyn y Foel just below Moel Siabod with a snow shower over Capel Curig The second one is looking down the Ogwen Valley with Tryfan on the right and Pen yr Ole Wen and the Carneddau on the left The third is Cwm Idwal The fourth is of the Nant Ffrancon valley flanked by the Carneddau on the right and the Glyderau on the left, taken from Cwm Idwal. Another great mountain day 🙂
