  1. I would have done, thanks, but ended up paying £65 for a Denon from a place someone on here put me onto, if I could remember who they were I'd recommend them as the service was excellent.
  2. Both the Del Larks bootlegs, the plain one and the blue and white one, are in fine sound quality and not pressed off centre!
  3. I think it's just another privately cut emidisc, though I can't ever remember Feels Good being that in demand.
  4. £30 for a demo is about half price - a UK one I mean - also came out in the USA on Deram - anything from £25 to £40.
  5. You outbid me on that, just about!
  6. Well thats what I mean - it's a nice record but it doesn't get the hairs standing on end for me.
  7. Not being funny but would anyone really want to buy this sort of thing? I've got about the same amount as you sitting in my shed, I'd have taken 10p each for them
  8. Never heard of Mike Terry?
  9. Lot of money for such an average record (a good record, a nice record, but it doesn't have that extra special something - apart from it's rarity, which is why everyone's salivating over it).

Here's an old topic about the same LP with some good info

It's not a mispress, it's a completely different album but they didn't have any sleeves so they used the one above and put a paper insert with the track list inside.
  12. I bought a Court Davis from a pop dealer in the UK who had no idea it was "Northern Soul"
  13. I wish people wouldn't do this 'two copies known' rubbish, nobody knows every soul collector, I obviously know of a copy that none of you have mentioned, the guy recorded it from his 45 specifically for me.

There's a topic about this from about 6 months ago but I couldn't find it, sorry
  15. Someone in Peterborough or around that area must have it because he recorded it for me gone 6 or 7 years ago...
  16. Jonathon is definitely on here, sorry can't remember his user name. I remember Lewie, he was there every week, very thin guy, friendly with Keith Minshull.
  17. No problem Andy, always happy to oblige
  18. Must be just me then, I don't think it sounds anything like Chuck Jackson! Good track though.
  19. ROYAL WEDDING TRIBUTE? YOU'RE JOKING...IT'S ACTUALLY MY FIRST EVER PROPER 'MIX', NEARLY ALL ARE JUNGLE AND BIG BEAT FAVOURITES FROM THE 90's AND I JUST WANTED TO DO SOMETHING A BIT DIFFERENT. NOW I AM NO MIX DJ AS YOU WILL HEAR FROM THIS FIRST EFFORT, BUT I HOPE AT LEAST THAT YOU'LL LIKE SOME OF THE MUSIC. https://podcast9122525417.podomatic.com/entry/2011-04-28T11_50_21-07_00 Karma Coma - Massive Attack featuring DJ Shadow Rockafeller Skank - Fatboy Slim The Dubplate (Final Plate) - Ray Keith Badder Badder Schwing - Freddy Fresh Vs Fatboy Slim No good (Start the dance) - The Prodigy We Are IE - Lennie DE Ice Firestarter - The Prodigy On A Ragga Tip (Original Mix) - SL2 Because Of You - Scanty Sandwich Smack My Bitch Up - The Prodigy Rude Boy Rock - Lionrock Going out of my head - Fatboy Slim Age Of Love - Jam & Spoon The Perfect Kiss - New Order Breathe - The Prodigy It Just Won't Do - Tim Deluxe Feat Sam Obernik Narayan - The Prodigy It's Like That - Jason Nevins/RunDMC The Time Is Now - Moloko Love island - Fatboy Slim The Bomb (These Sounds Fall Into My Mind) - The Bucketheads Go - Moby Brimful Of Asha - Cornershop Funky Shit - The Prodigy

And so you should be! I'd contemplate doing a Reggie Perrin if I'd admitted to liking that sh*te.
  21. I think maybe they all had them but it was hard to see, I didn't realise it was a picture of someone for months

    Unlistenable rubbish music
  23. They aren't great, much better if you can get them on black vinyl. Also available on blue vinyl were Lou Roberts, Carol & Gerri, The Jewels I think also (after it had already been done on black)
