    An apology wasn't necessary

Shake your butt, arse, whatever you want to call it. You know those money belt things that were in fashion in the 80's, they call those Fanny packs in the States

Yeah it's a shame about the iMac, I just haven't really had chance to get to put it through it's paces, there's always something else more important, though this weekend I decided to swap things round a bit; I have a pc which the iphone is connected to with an itunes library of 3000 songs, and the iMac with an itunes library of 26,000 songs. Thought it was a bit daft and they should be the other way round, so I backed up the 26,000 tracks to dvd discs, deleted the library and moved the 3000 track library over to the iMac. So far so good, all worked great. Then I starto import the 26,000 track library into the PC, all went well up to 19,000 or so tracks then it just went mad. It showed the tracks importing, but wouldn't update the total, despite the tracks processing. Three days later, I am still trying to successfully import the itunes library into the pc, I tried putting all the back up discs content onto a removable drive, imported them off there, again it showed them going in, but after the sync, they weren't there! I know you didn't want to know any of that but some genius might read it and be able to help! On the plus side, my KB Discomatic is back with me and fully working! After 5 months of repair. Unfortunately I've got no room for it so I'm going to have to sell it by the looks of it. Pic below if anyone's interested. By the way, was looking at your avatar and is it Peter Osgood scoting in the FA Cup replay at Old Trafford in 1970? I actually supported Chelsea then, well as well as Wolves, my Mom knitted me a Chelsea scarf especially for that replay, can remember it like it was yesterday, it got nicked off me and destroyed when I wore it to school the thursday morning after the replay third item down on this webpage https://www.barkersvintageamusements.co.uk/sale.html

I would have done, thanks, but ended up paying £65 for a Denon from a place someone on here put me onto, if I could remember who they were I'd recommend them as the service was excellent.

Both the Del Larks bootlegs, the plain one and the blue and white one, are in fine sound quality and not pressed off centre!

I think it's just another privately cut emidisc, though I can't ever remember Feels Good being that in demand.
  7. £30 for a demo is about half price - a UK one I mean - also came out in the USA on Deram - anything from £25 to £40.
  8. You outbid me on that, just about!
  9. Well thats what I mean - it's a nice record but it doesn't get the hairs standing on end for me.

Not being funny but would anyone really want to buy this sort of thing? I've got about the same amount as you sitting in my shed, I'd have taken 10p each for them
  11. Never heard of Mike Terry?
  12. Lot of money for such an average record (a good record, a nice record, but it doesn't have that extra special something - apart from it's rarity, which is why everyone's salivating over it).

Here's an old topic about the same LP with some good info

It's not a mispress, it's a completely different album but they didn't have any sleeves so they used the one above and put a paper insert with the track list inside.
  15. I bought a Court Davis from a pop dealer in the UK who had no idea it was "Northern Soul"
  16. I wish people wouldn't do this 'two copies known' rubbish, nobody knows every soul collector, I obviously know of a copy that none of you have mentioned, the guy recorded it from his 45 specifically for me.

There's a topic about this from about 6 months ago but I couldn't find it, sorry
  18. Someone in Peterborough or around that area must have it because he recorded it for me gone 6 or 7 years ago...
  19. Jonathon is definitely on here, sorry can't remember his user name. I remember Lewie, he was there every week, very thin guy, friendly with Keith Minshull.
  20. No problem Andy, always happy to oblige
  21. b*llocks
  22. Must be just me then, I don't think it sounds anything like Chuck Jackson! Good track though.

And so you should be! I'd contemplate doing a Reggie Perrin if I'd admitted to liking that sh*te.
