There's even a Cilla Black version (LP only) and I think I had one by Jimmy Clanton. Barry St John - fantastic.

Buster And Eddie
I think the boot has a delta number which would make it look authentic - maybe that caught him out. One of the few Northern boots with a fake delta number

Behind The Scenes At Northern Soul The Film Clip
So why is this film acceptable and the other not acceptable, seeing as nobody has seen either of them? Bit like the dance class controversy from a few months back isn;'t it? Dance classes are a joke...oh, unless they're done by someone you know...

Message To Anyone Who Bought From Fridays Lists
Theres one problem and thats that I send everything recorded, so although I can pay for and print my own labels, they still have to put the recordeds onto their system and I've now got 44 recorded packages for tomorrow so I guess I will be in the post office for about 90 minutes cos they won't take them off me, they say they're not allowed to!

Willie Walker-Jerk It With Soul

Looking For A Reggae 45 Dave Barker On High Note 1970
Give Him Up, credited to First Generation - is it Judy Mowatt, I didn't know that...I distinctly remember buying this off Rob Messer in 1992, for the A side, played the B side and was blown away. I never told anyone who it was because I sold it and forgot who it was! Then I got another a few years ago and it all came back. (A side came out on Escort as well I think?)

Mary Love 'lay This Burden Down'
£50 for a reissue Greg?

Looking For A Reggae 45 Dave Barker On High Note 1970

Message To Anyone Who Bought From Fridays Lists
Least I can do. Ran out of time friday anyway because the orders didn't stop coming in til after 7pm, never do post on a saturday, then there was a bank holiday so it would have been tuesday at the earliest - but no money in the bank. Thought it would definitely have gone in today

Message To Anyone Who Bought From Fridays Lists
Can't think of anywhere else to post this where people will see it Sorry about this folks...I sold tons of records on Friday as you can imagine, but the money I took, which I banked on Friday night, has been delayed going into my account because of the bank holiday, so basically I literally haven't got any money to post the packages until tomorrow (thursday). There are 32 packages to post. I just wanted to let you know about this as I usually get items to people by the next day. The only place I have any money is in Paypal - if I can get the right adhesive labels from somewhere, I can pay for the post via paypal and print my own address labels etc, that's if I can find enough money to buy the labels LOL Anyway I do apologise, they are all here waiting to go but it does look like tomorrow now unless I can come up with some other idea. cheers Pete

Uk Tamla Motown Demo
It's nothing to do with the record, it's to do with his description, it's f*cking annoying
-
Uk Tamla Motown Demo
I hate that seller, I wish someone would just say for f*cks sake mate, it isn't even rare

That Delayed Monday Feeling
If it's any consolation to you; we had no money for the entire weeknd, including yesterday and today because although I took a lot on friday, I can't access it til tomorrow. Because it was raining all day, we spent the bank holiday walking around the merry hill shopping centre window shopping .

Collecting British...why Bother?
1) About 99% 60's, though there are a few 70's to collect like Skullsnaps, Jon Ford, Ray merrell etc. 2) I buy what I like, if I buy Kent, Joe boy etc they would go in my reissues box. 3) I think it's because they are easily available. The 60's records were only on catalogue for a few months so it's real record collecting trying to obtain them. Sorry the answers are brief!
