  4. You do worry me at times Col. I quite like a few of Dusty's things and she was a gifted singer, but don't get how you can compare her withe such a leg-end.

Reckon the UK bank would probably charge you £30

I spose it depends on how much it was. You can get a UK bank to issue a cheque in dollars on your behalf but it is expensive (and it'll probably take days and days to clear). Unless it was serious wonga I'd send well concealed cash.

  10. Exactly - I am struggling to think of a 78 that I'd want to play ? Humphrey Littleton possibly, but it'd clear the floor.

  17. feckin 'ell Phil - you do a big drama queen exit...."PhilD has left the building" routine (which I see you have now toned down), and you have already been back on here since twice in the first 24 hours. Stop being such a big girls blouse, you can still post about UK Motown LPs can't you? And chip in when people have a pop at Ian Levine's "productions"?
  18. Now that is funny on one level. On another though it just goes to show how far Record Collecta has sunk, and why I no longer bother buying it. It's doomed to go the same way as Blues and Soul unless they pull their pants up and start reporting properly. Still it gave me a larf I spose.
