Got a metal acetate of this with Arin Demain "Silent Treatment" ont b side. - Vibes Studio acetate. Purchased Leighton Buzzard Allnighter c.1985 - £20 or sim.

Trying to locate wee Tim from the Loughborough area moved down south in the late eighties. Used to go to do's. Worked 'on the bins' in Loughborough, was then a welder and later a despatch rider. Any info.

Mystery over. The original issue is the version with said wailing towards the end. CD track, Kent LP version and Stardust pressing are different without the (better imo) crescendo ending. Now all I got to do is find and afford an original. Ah, this northern soul lark eh?

Enough with the whaling jibes! Wouldn't say they are that different, but as you correctly say its towards the end the extra WAILING ( ) happens. Info on this should not be scarce as it's been played quite a bit.

087 The Hurt of the City - Kent. Yeah have the album also have a Stardust pressing. If the Kent LP version is different it must be only very slight. Version I'm talking about is quite different. As stated much more wailing.

Different version of Johnny Maestro & the Crests - I'm stepping out of the picture. More wailing towards the end. Is this on Sceptre? Is it stupid rare? Does anyone have a sound file? Anyone know what I'm talking about?
