  4. Carl Carlton has made a weekender appearance here, 2006 at Cleethorpes along with Darrow Fletcher I think.
  5. Sad to hear this news. "Lay this burden down" one of my favourites and like others great memories of her at the early Weekenders. R.I.P. Mary.
  6. Stafford had finished by this time Pete. Stafford closed in February 1986. I have at least three podcasts on my mixcloud page of the 100 Club about a year later, maybe a bit longer, about 4.5 hrs of it I think?

  11. I don't know I didn't write it and to be honest it is nothing to do with me. I was simply passing on that the book is scheduled for publication. I presume it means that photos, memorabilia and memories belonging to contributors depicting certain periods and venues have been used.
  12. Sherry is Geralene Toomer and she is definitely lead on Look Out Love. However not so sure on Time Will Change but I'm only listening on the iPad so not easy to listen properly.
  13. Gonna have to go and have a listen now
  14. Cheers, been bugging me

  16. Will you be uploading Pete? I'd like a listen.
  17. Bloke if you ask me, never considered it to be a girl?
  18. I have it down as a Chris King spin at Stafford if thats any use Jim.
  19. I think it's great, both sides.
  20. All of those are already featured in Keb's Stafford podcasts as all were played before Stafford shut, couple were other DJ's spins prior to this date.
  21. Does "Hey James" share the backing of the Carla Whitney/Choker Campbell Supersounds LP the Its You For Me track On Attic?

I was aware of one going to the states, don't know if it has gone yet, maybe Mick H can confIrn? Not aware of any others leaving these shores.
  23. Wouldn't mind then Steve when you get time. Thanks.
  24. I don't doubt you or question your integrity or anything, just wondering why you wouldn't buy it. I don't know what is happening to the proceeds, nothing to do with me but why should proceeds go to charity? A lot of work has gone into this, both the book and the film.
