Notations - Tad - Trying My Best To Find Her
Phil (Quinvy) had bids of £675 two years ago on here so someone got a bargain.

Putting Your Money Where Your Mouth Is
Have to agree with what said, it ain't very good. £75 is too much IMO. I would have thought £40 if it wasn't for the fuss surrounding the auction price. One went through ebay unsold not so long ago listed at £90. Look on popsike/collectors frenzy and in many cases it struggles into double figures.

Grumpy Selection 15 Dec 12

Tough one I guess Phil, don't see too often, no real demand, just me and you playing it I think

Removing Information From Sales & Wants Ads
It should be left Kev irrespective whether deal done or not. It would at least be a guide price for someone doing a search.

Removing Information From Sales & Wants Ads
It is ok someone saying it isn't in the guidelines but the site, including sales is all about information. What is the point in deleting it? What a record has sold for, cash, is probably one of the best points of reference for anyone interested in buying, selling and collecting rare soul.

Grumpy Selection 15 Dec 12
Last Barons I saw was £150 I think, don't see it too often when compared with other more common records that command the same sort of price.

Two Rare Records - Both Now Sold , Thanks
Can we not leave the details of the sale there instead of deleting? Past sales are a great source of information, especially for those thinking of selling or buying the same?

Superbs - Wind In My Sails
Don't believe what you read Nev. The very same people said the Swans "Nitty Gritty City" was also unreleased, that isn't correct either.

Vinyl Cutting Machines
Timmion use metal blanks and you can get them if you search. You could still buy authentic 60's ones. You could get Virtue etc not so long back. Audio disc are still in business as well so I would assume they are using metal blanks as well. www.apollomasters.com

Vinyl Cutting Machines
My guess is they would be using a vestax or something similar. I would think they are posting scans of what they can do and cut to order. We looked at the vestax when they came out and the discs were something like seven pence, peanuts really. a few pence for the labels printing, tenner sale, massive profit really when you think about it.
