  1. Phil (Quinvy) had bids of £675 two years ago on here so someone got a bargain.
  2. Have to agree with what said, it ain't very good. £75 is too much IMO. I would have thought £40 if it wasn't for the fuss surrounding the auction price. One went through ebay unsold not so long ago listed at £90. Look on popsike/collectors frenzy and in many cases it struggles into double figures.
  3. Guy's ex Taylor Brooks and the Emperors cover up from the Blackburn Tony's Empress days, 87ish.
  4. Tough one I guess Phil, don't see too often, no real demand, just me and you playing it I think
  5. It should be left Kev irrespective whether deal done or not. It would at least be a guide price for someone doing a search.
  6. It is ok someone saying it isn't in the guidelines but the site, including sales is all about information. What is the point in deleting it? What a record has sold for, cash, is probably one of the best points of reference for anyone interested in buying, selling and collecting rare soul.
  7. Last Barons I saw was £150 I think, don't see it too often when compared with other more common records that command the same sort of price.
  8. Can we not leave the details of the sale there instead of deleting? Past sales are a great source of information, especially for those thinking of selling or buying the same?
  9. You won regret this one Jock, tis a great book IMO. You do need a coffee table though to read it as it is too big and heavy to hold
  10. Cheers Kev, wasn't sure if he had or hadn't. Yep excellent double sider.
  11. Thanks for that, looks interesting......
  12. I know about the uk collector a year or so ago, he had good chat with me before he bought it. Anyway he might have sold it now, Ted maybe?
  13. Don't think it is Russ, think he is in the states now?
  14. Little Johnny Hamilton tougher than that one as far as I know.
  15. Chris Anderton has a copy, be up for auction pretty soon apparently. About your best chance of getting a copy
  16. Don't believe what you read Nev. The very same people said the Swans "Nitty Gritty City" was also unreleased, that isn't correct either.
  17. Rare as hens teeth too.
  18. on Dore 872? I think Butch played it at last Lifeline.
  19. Timmion use metal blanks and you can get them if you search. You could still buy authentic 60's ones. You could get Virtue etc not so long back. Audio disc are still in business as well so I would assume they are using metal blanks as well. www.apollomasters.com
  20. My guess is they would be using a vestax or something similar. I would think they are posting scans of what they can do and cut to order. We looked at the vestax when they came out and the discs were something like seven pence, peanuts really. a few pence for the labels printing, tenner sale, massive profit really when you think about it.
  21. Wanted, flyers from the 80's. originals in good condition or 300dpi scans.
  22. How not to do a patch....just found this amongst the flyers and patches I've been scanning.....quality....not It is a bit better than the Whitchurch one though.....
  23. Could be, the is a 1500 quid processor as well?
