  1. original red Harthon down the left hand side, re-issue/boot across the top, orange label as well...
  2. maybe the record is just a boot. are we sure VJ had the rights to the mirwood keyman catalogue? what does the liner notes of the Kent cds say?
  3. I'm not going to lecture you Pete. Can you put me down for the next copy you get Don't think I've seen one on your list for some time either?
  4. no far from it Simon. was going to say something but changed me mind so put a smiley there instead
  5. Vee Jay also went bankrupt in 1966....
  6. could be a legit re-issue if VJ did take over the ownership of Keyman.
  7. I've seen this feint stamp before, often only on one side. Never really bothered looking as boot is pretty obvious.
  8. Easiest way is Harthon is in a straight line on the boot with poor quality print. The original Harthon is curved and print quality is far better.
  9. It's at least £150 now but everytime one comes up for sale it goes pretty quick. It was selling for £150 over year ago so you can probably expect to pay more these days so.
  10. --> QUOTE(C.B @ Dec 29 2006, 02:12 PM) link Think the boot is on styrene? Both right, boot is styrene with original vinyl and released twice with two shades of red with the lighter shade of red being the rarer of the two presses. Vinyl thicker on 1st press too and logo is larger.

If I remember rightly the flip on the boot has Action Speaks Louder Than Words rather than Knock You out. The boot also has bevelled edge to the run in.
