Malibu's - Gee Baby I Love You
- Function At The Junction - Clapham South London
Great nights in Clapham, I use to lug a great big sales box on the No 57 from Gap Rd Wimbledon. I didn't know a soul! but was made very welcome. There was a small half-caste indian lad who introduced me to everyone but I cant remember his name. Only bad point, some twat nicked the dearest record in the box.....Judy Freeman (RCA) at £16 one night, still remember them as good nights. BH- Malibu's - Gee Baby I Love You

Tim Brown has it at £75, I would say about right. Its one of my all time favorite NS records and could be sorely tempted to buy it but doesent turn up too often..........that intro just drags you to the floor. I'm back at the Central and Frank has just put this on "I'm just a plaything and loving you brings me pain" Blake H- Record Warehouses Us Or Uk
Reminiscing recently about the first time I and a mate went to the US (1977), we were going to get in a few record warehouses and come back loaded with vinyl. Oh how little we knew, ie going to LA and neither of us could drive . On the day before we came home we found a "record warehouse" on W Pico Boulevard, went to the counter and was told "Trade only, you have business card you can come in" If we had another day we could have had one printed, came back with about 50,45s (Hank Jacobs, Elijah x2 etc). Did you get in one, did you have to blag your way in? What did you find? BH- In The Rain
