    Is this the worst kind of snob i followed a certain collector/dj(probably played at Thorne and soul essence not a bad thing i might add as the greats have played there) at the revered Staffordshire/Wolverhampton venue in the early ninties i had to try and rescue it cause he cleared the floor for virtually the whole hour. as i was putting on my first record he said to me ive just played what i have on in the car and i couldnt give a shit

  14. Hi Rod never thought you was lazy and my choice of words will probably come back to haunt me but with the advent of USB decks nothing could be simpler and the use of "total record" and "Jet audio" opens up fantastic possiblities for in car entertainment on those long boring 4.00am journeys.
  15. why not make a rule that all records offered for sale have a link to a sound file i have seen quite a few records i would have liked to hear and perhaps buy but the old answer comes back i dont have the technology thats B***** and laziness if a bloke of my age can sort it out then any one can with a little help.
  16. Guy told me the first time he played it at stafford he had spun it a soul night earlier in the evening, by the time he got to Stafford word had travelled down there that he had played this unbeliveable track and people were all desperate to hear it
