corbett80, on 23 August 2012 - 05:18 PM, said: Magic Tones - It's Better To Love Im sure I read a piece you wrote on this a while back, you still have a copy of the Solid Hit version? How many do you think are there out there Mr Flynn?- Ain't Rare, Don't Care : This Record Has It All

Speaking of £5 tunes, I bought a few (really) cheap ones at the weekend! This one is well known, but what a belter! Five Stairsteps - Change of Pace - Windy C - 608 cheap, 60's, uptempo, Mayfield produced, little bit pop, £5-£10, bargain!- Gene Faith - My Babys Missing
yes, haunting vocal, I got tempted by the "demo record not for sale" label, I'll stick to the US press though! a very 60's style 70's thing, anyone know about its history? When/how/who it was recorded by, spun by, issued by etc- Gene Faith - My Babys Missing
Not really rare but a cool tune! Opinions, which to buy? US Virtue Issue or a UK Power Exchange Demo? J- Auction Results Vs. Manship
Seems to be a good time to buy at the minute, lots of choice, big swings in prices, if you do your research well most times you can get a bargain, great, great stuff nobody wants at 99p . But, it must be a real bad time to be a dealer It's not just records, but most people just go straight to ebay now, so there is some really strange prices paid for stuff you can literally buy from "High Street" at half the price. Personally, ebay is fine for the stuff I buy (cheap!) but I wouldn't trust a big ticket record bought off ebay, it would have to come from one of the main dealers!- Soulsource Record Of The Day, (Summer Holidays)Closed Don't Use Post Closed
