It has been reissued in uk on a nice WB yellow demo with Linda Jones on flip. Loads on discogs for around £40.

It’s a difficult one as I invariably prefer the original - Open the door to your heart, make me yours, I can’t wait until I see my baby’s face etc. however this cover exceeds the original,IMO and when that was Jr Walker followed by Marvin Gaye that’s saying something. Hi. I do have a spare on ES Cozy label ( also have on Winner diff version) which I think is the same as the twinight version with same flip. The one on discogs says Elvin Spencer himself reissued this in limited numbers. Don’t know what it’s worth but shouldn’t be as much as twinight ones. Also in uk so shipping to Germany may be costly. Some home contents insurance does allow record collections to be covered in house for usual fire, theft, water etc to but not all covered outside the house. It’s harder though now from many companies - I just had mine refused after several years with no claims so had to go for a more expensive bespoke firm via a broker. It’s important to have the value named on the policy and the approx number of records. You don’t have to list them all. They may also allow a smaller amount and number to be insured outside the house. I have heard there are specialist DJ equipment policies including records.

Yes insurance is possible via good quality contents policies (in house only normally) . Many normal policies won’t specifically cover especially if an online only provider. Some also cover a reduced amount outside the house. Also DJs musicians etc can add records to their equipment cover policies. Well worth speaking to a good broker. I’ve had mine specifically included on my contents policy (through different providers) for over ten years.
