  2. This is him anyway under his alias Jonathan Capree
  3. Paul, the fact that you have laid down these comments, indicates to me that you might be a "little" narked and so you should be If something is wrong it should be corrected I had my early DJ career start hi-jacked by another DJ (for his website) of all things (and he was my best mate too) Sadly claim to playing records first is a common subject and usually unreliable anyway, so I would contact Sean and get him to change it By the way do you know who Jonathan Capree is ? it was a pseudonym
  4. All the info I think you wanted Jeff is on the back of the LP and Karl will add his opinion, I am sure
  5. An LP was released in October this year and Juno are selling it, doesn't mention it being questionable https://www.juno.co.uk/products/soul-flip-edits/739722-01/

  7. https://www.aldovanucci.co.uk https://monkeyboxing.com/content/del-gazeebo-aldo-vanucci-soul-flip-edits/ Strange thing, Discogs have some marked as unofficial ? any one know why that would be ?
  8. Does make you wonder why it took the camera operator to move away from the happy clappers so long (2 minutes), perhaps "Go-Go dancers" would have been a better choice
  9. Actually Mike said a lot of them are not listed on Discogs to be fair. I have lots of South African singles and they don't seem ,in the main, to be valuable
  10. We shouldn't forget hi "mellower" side......should we
  11. I have a question to ask Smokey about a 1965 recording and wondered if there is someone on here who speaks to him personally who could help please ?
  12. Perhaps these should be merged
  13. As a recently new member to this site I would also like to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas and may 2020 be a good year to you all
  14. I may have jumped in with the LeBIll Publishing (Sweet Temptation) and the Cressa Watson version discussed in pervious thread
  15. I noticed that someone had booted the Ward Burton with scanned identical labels I noticed that someone had booted the Ward Burton with identical but scanned labels
  16. I noticed there was also a white garage rock band called "The Bojax" from NC and although not soul related one of their Panther singles had same Cat number as the Ward Burton and there was some connection with Major Bill (here we go again) too and of course that could lead anywhere and I really would like to stick the thread, but guess, as in life all roads take you in certain directions https://home.unet.nl/kesteloo/bojax.html https://teensoundrecords.bandcamp.com/album/the-bojax-dont-look-back-its
  17. So this is the same exact label a the Ward Burton ?
