Thank you gentlemen. Tri-City and Ultra-City do seem to be in vogue at present.

Perfections - Tricity
Perfections - Girl You Better Hurry / Get On Down - TriCity Had this pop up on a few wants lists over the last 6 months or so...rightly so being the awesome cross-over/Funk double-sider that it is! Sorry to ask, but I don't have the pleasure of digging through sales boxes at nighters any more, so what is the 2010 valuation...£30 / £75 / £100 or more...soundwise it should be!? Also, are there WD copies? TIA

Alley Cat Cassettes
A lovely guy for sure. Used to visit his place often to buy/trade vinyl...last time I saw him was at a Capitol Soul Club night, as I recall. Hope he is well...please pass on my regards next time you see him, Paul.

Casino Jacket In Tokyo
Russell, I can assure you that the pain soon turns to a grin when you see the mostly innocent, yet often amusing errors, on a daily basis! Maybe, just maybe, the person, who put this design together, looks through the mails on here in search of inspiration for obvious poor grammar and inappropriate wording!?! OK, get your orders in quick folks, the Spring range will soon be gone!

Casino Jacket In Tokyo
I have absolutely no idea...they probably thought it looked good nothing more, nothing less...at least they got the English kinda correct, unlike a lot of other t.shirts etc seen on the streets of Japan and Asia...check this link out for a load of laughs >>> PRESS HERE <<<

Collecting British...why Bother?
Hi gorgeous Interesting point you raise there...who had the final say as to what was actually going to be released in the UK (and indeed other countries!)...Motown themselves?

Tonys Empress Blackburn
I remember that night too...also nipped over to check out sales records and then promptly returned to Soultown as well! I also recall one night there when JimW was selling up a load of discs...Keb took a fair few...come to think of it Jim was sporting a cowboy hat though I'm sure the connection to the prices was mere coincidence! The Capitol Soul Club also ventured there in the 00's!

New Northern Soul List - April 12Th 2010
So, so good...I can still recall the first time I heard FHL on a tape...thought it was gonna be ££££'s, but was well pleased that it wasn't then, and still isn't now. Thoroughly recommended.
