The Incredible Carnival Logo
This one is well worth a visit...quality Northern! A case of bootlegged before it had actually made an impact? The sound reproduction is so much clearer on an original too. I've got an original studio acetate for the Jimmy Jules number, but not worth scanning as it has no label!

Konban wa. I assume you're not currently DJ'ing considering someone is currently playing a Culture Club track! I thought it was supposed to be a Soul Station?!

Anorak's Corner - June Sales Update
Sure...2/3 of it attached. It is a totally different take to the (slower) one featured on his album of unissued material. It was destined for Elvis apparently...and I could imagine him doing it too...albeit probably not in a manic stomper fashion that this demo is set at. A belter of a stomper. Ron Murphy
Classic clip...nice one For reference, the noise one can hear when Ron (RIP) is cutting the lacquer/acetate is actually a vacuum sucking the disc to the turntable, so it doesn't slip when it is cutting. He also looks at the grooves being cut via a magnifying glass, in order to check the depth and distance between the concentric groove. The guy who used to cut my acetates used to love looking at the grooves of vintage acetates to see what measurements they were using...what an anorak!
