  6. I'm very bearish about sterling. There are historic support levels around 1.40, but if it breaks who know where it could go. It hit parity in 1985. There is also talk about it hitting parity with the Euro. I don't know if its been mentioned on here before, but those of you with base rate tracker mortgages, have you checked if you have a floor on the rate? A lot of them included a clause that state that the rate you pay will be a minimum rate of 3% irrepective if the base rate droppes below 3%.
  7. Baz, It generally gets listed for My Little Plaything. Should be able to pick one up for less than 20 quid

  11. This may be well known to many, but sadly not to me and always wondered.... Whats is the reason for Minit audition copies. I've seen both audition copies and demo's of the same record, so what was their purpose other than to demo new records?

So no-one bought it when it was £6, surely someone will have it for a fiver. A Chicago crossover masterpiece
  15. Sean, Agree with you on, I've Got To See You Right Away, tis a corker. But disagree on the Mavis Staples, one of my all time faves although both versions are fabulous.
  16. Eddie Hubbard identified that both sides of the UK release were a different mix to the US release.
  17. I've seen it quite few times over the years cheap as chips but also more expensive, so its one that seems to fluctuate up and down depending on the dealer. She can do no wrong in my eyes....
  18. Well we have the allotted number of people, 31 in fact. But this includes someone who mailed me, but I don't think they're a SS member, so I'm in two minds to include them. Will be sending at out the addresses soon, so we should all receive Bully's CD in Fridays post....
  19. My copies from Canada and I bought it in the mid 80's, from Soul Bowl I think. Can someone confirm the boot details/story?
