Didn't really like the track enough to buy it. But which version do I have on the "Sold On Soul" compilation album on UA then? John.

Many thanks for sharing this with us. Always good to know who the bad guys are. I hope your issues get resolved - why not keep us advised. That way we can all avoid this dealer if necessary. Cheers, John.

How About A Motown Room?
Agreed. Casino Motown Nighters never worked. They ran out of stuff very quickly then expanded it to Motown affiliates, then Detroit, then everything else!!

I Can Tell Where You Grew Up
Yeah I know him too, from Hatton Gardens soul nights and 100 Club. Jim, are you out there?

Magicians
Legend is that is is an unreleased version which turned up a couple of years ago via master tapes. Therefore there are no copies issued apart from Ady's Kent label of course. So the answer is option A, sort of. Unless anyone knows any different that is.... Soussan did a vocal overdub in 70's under guise of The Del Satins - Baby Your The Fire. Don't like either that much, prefer the instrumental. John.

Best Song Of The Day
Anthony & Imperials - Don't Tie Me Down arrived this morning. Cheapie I know but I love all that Veep stuff. Flipped it over and "Where There's A Will, There's a Way to Forget You" poured out. Powerful beat ballad, gospel style backing.........heaven. Just off to play it again! John.

Unique Framed Tribute To Northern Soul
Ohmigawd! All wrapped up nicely with "Happy Birthday" written in fine script. Her face smiling in smug anticipation, so pleased that she has found something that will help her into your world after all these years. The whole family and a few friends watching on. You open it. How would you cope!!

Are Dealers The Way ?
Aaah yes, remember this from somewhere, sometime so must have been played and therefore must be copies or whatever out there. Very good record, would love to own one but not worth 15k to me. Bit p'ed off about how this thread was concocted though............... John

Its The Same Old Song
Geoff, album was called "Reflections of" and songs were recorded as love songs in the way he had intended, thus, a lot slower. It didn't include It's The Same Old Song, listing is: I Hear A Symphony Where Did Our Love Go This Old Heart Of Mine Heatwave Stop! In The Name Of Love My World Is Empty Without You I Hear A Symphony Baby I Need Your Lovin Baby Love I Can't Help Myself How Sweet It Is Reach Out, I'll Be There Reflections Interesting interpretations but difficult to appreciate the full album. Here's a sample: John. Lamont_Dozier___This_Old_Heart_of_Mine.mp3
