Well its certainly starting to be a major deciding factor on if i go out or not bother, Often wondered what would happen if (civic buildings aside) everybody just decided to ignore the law, and i mean everybody, with say a central pool of donations to cover fines etc, surely they would have to think again, just a thought as i know not everybody would participate,
