I have Dontee 103 A a triangle with an S that look bit like 2 triangles back to back then TC with a V or cheveron I had a blue years ago and the sound quality of the flutes has always been a bit strange. rock candy - alone with no love - Up dated with a nice large WAV file recording.

The B or err the A side has a few marks as well Pete dose JMs book mention these.

Some a priced ok but agree that the Margie and the Intentions I can't believe them prices what would he sell a rare a record for.

Matrix stamp on a demo says dontee' 101A2 "Alone With No Love" 2/18/71 2056 but on the label it has 103B Sounds like your copy is a real un Pete.

All the shops around where I lived could get hold of these boots or re-issues and to sell them for £1.20, when you think a pint costed 22p and a packet of 10 fags 17.5p it was quiet a lot of money to spend on a record when a UK single sold for 35p. Some one got that mark up on the profit.

I think its been done again, last few months seen quiet a few for sale on ebay starting at £6.00.

Hi Des, seen the credits on this one, thy could be on the B-side but if you play it then it becomes obvious who the singer is. Untouchables - Raisin Sugar Cane - Madison - 9 POUNDS (ON HOLD) - A couple of light scuffs and light Radio Station style "Stamps" on the label, but this is still a great bargain for this catchy group sound!!

Hi Mossy so if that's the Jap copy its in mono where you can get the US copy in both, interesting, would have thought that a later issue would be stereo, so is the Jap copy an early release.

Ooops sorry got this the wrong way around, my cover is the out line copy and the disc has SLP 367A or B stamped scratched er in the dead wax with a Bell Sound Stamp Oopps

The bootleg of the LP has a different print on the cover from what I remember not like the CD is this right, just a pink out line on the name?

Its about half an inch space on LA about an inch after the line on the run out meets the eternal inner circle then on the other side the stamp is bang on where the run out meets the eternal inner ring, if these are the same then I guess its the same stamper.. Out of interest the Somewhere side is credited to L.Allen and a band of angels

What's the matrix stamp like on the Larry.

Unless its the recording the Larry Allen sound clips sound a bit shorter in Refo than the L Allen, I can't hear the "talk it over" repeated twice at the end in the high pitch voice?

Molly Malone for me, came out with two different B-sides or A Across The Bridge and I Want Love both on Brent.

Forty is a great price but for the money its a great record that I never tire of like other stuff for 10 or 40.

Would b nice on vinyl or even the silver Revilot, but the matrix is in the wrong place in the groove as well, top tune for the money but the DJ copy fetches a bit more than the usual tenner £
