Just returned from our 10th year and overall we have had a really good weekend. Highlights were Derek Mead's Modern Room spot on Saturday afternoon! Yes Derek we were the couple who stayed with it through to the end! You misplaced your record box but the replacement box was first class! Something for everyone (not there there were many of us!) Sunday night Sam Evens was brilliant in the foyer area something a little different and a really nice way to end the weekend - thanks Sam! And we have to mention Abbey Wharfe the venue is a treat and the local DJ's served up some really good sets especially on Saturday afternoon - thanks guys. Must mention the security at the pavilion - what security? £40 for a ticket and we could have walked in unchallenged Friday afternoon, Saturday afternoon and all Sunday night! Come on Kev we pay enough for the tickets please keep the venue special for the paying guests not the locals looking for a free night out not to mention the prams, kids, dogs and their owners wandering in and taking up valuable seating that the paying guests should be using! -

Soul Couple from Bradford really enjoyed this event First time for us but it won't be our last! Loved the venue and the music was first class Well done Martin your spot was the highlight of the evening. Just the same at it was at Manifesto a few weeks earlier. If like us you have not been before go on give it a try you won't be disappointed

Hi Pete & Av We had a great night last night and we would agree with all the above, this was the best music (all night long) that we have had at Manifesto for a long time we even enjoyed Pete's Reggie tunes late on See you next month. No need to sign off you know who we are now -

First class weekender and for the Soul Couple, this event just gets better and better We would like to say a big thank you to all our friends who shared the weekend with us - there are too many to list BUT you ALL know who you are. The music was varied but there was something there for most music tastes - you can't please all the people all the time! The Chill Out room has also improved and a lot of punters stayed in that area - Julian's spot early on Saturday was a real cracker For us Sean Chapman and Richard Serling's spots in the Main Room on Saturady evening were first class but tops marks this year go Andy Bellwood who trotted out a mix of cracking old and new tunes. It was a shame that Andy had the 'graveyard' spot at 2pm on Sunday as the room was very quiet. He did also manage to slip in a few requests. Mr Roberts perhaps a more popular timeslot is in order for Andy at next years event? And last but not least a BIG thank you to Kev, Snowy and the rest of the team for promoting this fab weekener Looking forward to next year already

Hi Phil Really looking forward to this new event Bradford could do with something like this event but I was wondering how the event will be managed? I think you have secured the basement area? but to get to that part of the club you need to go through the main club room? (not that we would know that our son has told us about the set up) how are you keeping the basement area for the 'Soulies' and what will happen at 3am when upstairs closes?!! are we going to have loads of 16-20 year olds fuelled with drink! trying to get in/spoiling the evening?
