My word it was a cracking night. When we had people coming in at 7 I knew it could be busy! It was a special night to help celibrate Joyce (good brandy sisters) 60th birthday and by gum did we celbrate!! The music was to die for. The floor was full all night. Our guest Martynandchristine Ward was outstanding and had the floor bouncing. Derek Greenhoff, Keith Barna, and of course my lovely Jim continued to play music to please a superb audience. This night was only missing 2 things....Our partner's in crime, Brian Crossland and Jill Crossland who are having a well deserved break! Thank you all for an amazing night of dancing, laughter music and friendship. We are very blessed xxxxx Link to review

Didn't know what to expect but thought we would take the plunge and travel the distance to Huddersfield. Everyone was so welcoming. There were a few familiar faces, but you northerners aren't 'alf friendly. The music policy - brilliant. OVO - right up our street. A great mix of music. Some old favourites plus some not so well- known. A great night with a spot booked in the mix. Will certainly make the effort again. Thanks Jim. Cathy and Troy 1 Link to review

It was busy during the first half hour - which is unusual - and they just kept coming ....... and coming!! I covered the early slots until reinforcements arrived. First on was Keith Barna from Penistone FM - he really knows how to woo the crowd and so by the time Derek Greenhoff took charge of those 1210's, well I honestly thought the night could not get the atmosphere any more electric. How wrong I was. I was told if our special guest Martyn Martynandchristine Ward had his glasses on then he meant business ?. He had his glasses on!!! Martyn played a stunning set and even I danced to most of it. Myself, Keith and Derek mopped up the carnage to see everyone home and I will truly remember this night for a long long time. Thanks all, love ya! 1 Link to review
