I'm very surprised that there hasn't yet been any reviews for this event (maybe everyone's catching up on their sleep).

Both rooms were packed full of soul fans from every corner of the country and beyond.

In the main room the D.J.s treated us to nine sweaty hours of Northern Soul oldies plus some rarer tunes.

The floor was still at least two thirds full at 6am.

I will mention just two things on the negative side:

1/ The long queue awaiting admission for several hours and 

2/ The long wait at the bar

But I hope that both can be addressed for future events.

BTW neither of them spoiled my enjoyment at all.
