About The Event

The country's longest running soul night continues into its 26th year with new promoters & a few changes. Having made many memories in the previous 25 years with Kenny & the crew, in which we are proud to have played a part, the new era begins. Whilst we make no promises to be here for another 25 years, we absolutely want you to join us at Goodyears to make tomorrow's memories today. With quality at the forefront of our events, we are delighted to present as April's Guest DJ the incomparable TED MASSEY, ably supported on the night by Allan Day, Mick Perrins, Michael 'Juggy' Jones & Gary Belcher. The Guest DJ's booked for 2023, & already into 2024, will underpin our philosophy of a QUALITY MUSIC POLICY. We look forward to you joining us at Goodyears.

I hope that the "No Talc" rule will continue under the new management & also be extended to ensuring people don't also use that dreadful slippy silicone crap that was cleaned off the floor last month.  Someone's going to get hurt if that rule keeps getting sidestepped.  None of us are getting any younger & knowing my luck, it might just be me.
The dancefloor's fine there so if they have the right shoes, then should be no need for additives.

DJ schedule for the start of the 26th year at Goodyears Soul Cub. An Easter Extravaganza at the Country’s longest continuous monthly event.

7.30 - 8.00pm MICHAEL 'JUGGY' JONES
8.00 - 9.00pm ALLAN DAY
9.00 - 10.00pm MICK PERRINS
10.00 - 11.15pm GUEST TED MASSEY
11.15pm - 12.30am GARY BELCHER.

We have had a wonderful response thus far so looking forward to seeing you all bright & early as Juggy is promising to make a promptly start!
