We have just a three rooms left at the venue, two doubles and one family (triple).  If you are interested please get in touch via PM.

We have just three rooms left at the hotel. Two doubles and a family (a double and a single). If you fancy joining us for what promises to be two superb days of soul music then give myself a shout, be quick these won't hang around.

As well as the two days of music we are hoping to have a BBQ on the Saturday, hopefully the weather will be kind this year. The hotel is in a stunning location set on the banks of the River Tees on the border between North Yorkshire and County Durham. The village on the other side of the river is or was home to a Roman settlement, the ruins can still be seen today. Just down from the hotel is the foundations of a Roman Bridge. Plenty of places to escape for a walk in the day time too along the river.

Passes are available, daytime pass £15, full weekend £30.
