Before the bullets start flying this is meant to be a humourus/ ironic thread to try and lighten the mood a bit

Was just thinking aloud really , as a co promoter of this event for the last 4 years I cant help but notice , that since the word go every events thread that has ever been on ss about it - and that is probably all of them , from the word go , has had someone kick off or moan about something, not complaining about that ,this is a public forum after all and not asking for sympathy or the like , just find it quite funny really and ironic as conversely we have never really had a bad night there.

Just wondered wether any other long running soul night could beat our record

At the last Solid Hit Soul somebody moaned & asked what I was doing playing Don & Ron at 9.30 in the evening as it should have been played later! As I was doing the early shift I didn't have any option (John!!!! )
