The evening will run from 8pm-2am The theme of the night is "Highland Room Special-From Bob Relf to The Carstairs"giving the DJ's a superb opportunity to play those tunes that made the Highland Room famous -mixed in will be the usual Motown,Philly and Classic Soul. The DJ line up: From BBC Radio Lancs Soul Man Keith Fletcher Blackpool's main soul man-Pete Haigh The busiest DJ on the coast at present-Jimmy Scriv Plus Billy The Kid's Highland Room Top 10. Admission £5 in advance-contact BFC Ticket Office on 0871-6221953(Option 1) or Rod Allsworth after 6pm on 01253-700889 Admission on the door £6 *Free Car Parking for 100 cars *Mirror ball lighting *Great dance floor *Realistic bar prices *Basket meals can be purchased. *Smart dress code please I will post DJ timings the early part of next week. Was talking to Mike Critchley and all being well KIM WESTON will be dropping in to see you all on the night, will ring her later to offer my apologies and get a right ear-bashing no doubt-but you don't want the Swine Flu do you ? Rob K Posted October 25, 2009 Share Posted October 25, 2009 Wow, What an evening of entertainment that was last night. Sat 24th Oct the Mathews Suite definately had the X Factor. Brilliant music. Brilliant Sound system. Very friendly people. An atmosphere to die for. I am just hoping my legs recover in time for the Tower. Credit to everyone involved with the organisation, if the above 4 points were your objective then last night you superceeded them. Rob Link to comment
