Remember the 1st time you heard it Brett !! What a seriously soulful record .... dark, hurting lyrics and the barping, eerie horns just blow me away. Well worth £200+ I reckon ....

Gotta go and play it right now.

Johnny Weston had one a little while ago Jason, give him a try, he's always good on prices too.

Jordi

I've seen them go for as little as 60us on ebay, that was about a year ago so if you keep your eyes peeled you could get lucky.

Greatstone fav for a few years now......think I paid a ton two years ago

Old spin of mine from Bretby/Albrighton days in the early/mid 90s..paid £15 for my copy, actually bought 2 copies together and let my mate have one!

Easily £300 now, its bloody hard to find...and such a great sound.

I remember Brett going crazy over it when i played it a few years ago in the crossover room at Prestatyn.

Chris.

ps. Must dig it out for a spin.

Ok. I'm going to stick my copy up in the Sales section in a bit for offers but thought I'd mention it here first as you're after one.

It's in EX condition with 'cushion the blow' on the bside and has the labels reversed. I'll post up a soundfile in refosoul.

Cheers,

Darren

Just out of interest has anyone seen or owned a copy with the labels the right way round?

All the copies I've seen/heard of with 'cushion the blow' on the flip had the labels reversed.
