Ebay Listing Problem, Any Ideas

I did this listing on Ebay and despite me typing it in html (apparently) the formatting has come out plain, can ayone explain to me how I get it into html so it reads as a list?

Hi Pete,

Straight forward examples here.

But do your composing in a basic text editor, eg Notepad, as Word will screw things up.

• denotes the start of an unordered list

denotes the end of an unordered list, the is a list item see below for an example.

list item number 1

List item number 2

List item number 3

will produce :

• List item number 1
• List item number 2
• List item number 3
