WALLY COCO IS GREAT COMPARED TO THIS AND I LIKE A BIT OF GIRLIE POP ALSO. BUT WHERE DOES WALLY FAIR WHEN HE`S COMPETING WITH THE IMPERIAL`CS OR THE SILHOUETTES. HE`S MILES OFF

I can see where you see the similarity in the two songs....but...and I know may get crucified for saying so....I must say Anita Harris is really a awful bad record. Would I have to decide I would prefer Nella Mann any time of the day

well said mark ,col

Nela Mann

I know this is an old thread but I recently bought this record for the B side = Love you never can tell, its a nice dancer (in the same stable Sheila Anthony and Jeanette Harper); I would love to upload it but I don't have the technology. The Whisper and Shout is okay but like a lot of records on the NS scene it's the B side that does it for me; I wondered whether the previous comments were made based purely on the Whisper and Shout side.

What is notable is that it has taken 5 years on popsike for another copy to be made available for sale so it suggests the record is rare (its taken me 7 years to find a copy), not sure about a £4K price tag though.

Does anyone know anything about the artist?

Got to say Stu just heard 40 seconds of the one that Craig Moerer has just sold on ebay the  Love You Never Can Tell side & it's certainly better than the whisper & shout side.
