Apologies for being a pain, but my request for contacting said member is regarding the fact that he has failed to fulfil a transaction, namely forwarding a record after I had paid for it, and he has refused to acknowledge both my and the moderators efforts to conclude said transaction via personal message, albeit he has been logged in! Whilst I'd prefer to reach both an amicable and dignified conclusion to the matter, would appeal to anyone who knows him, (he resides in Dundee Scotland according to his profile) to give him a "heads up"

Just bumping, to forewarn anyone in either sales/wants to avoid dealing with this individual, who has mugged me off for a fair sum of money I foolishly paid him via paypal gift, and has frankly left a bitter taste in the mouth, as in all the years of dealing with honest sellers on this site from various parts of the globe he now has the infamy of being the first and last to rip me off!

Oh dear mate really sorry to read this, I know how much the records mean to you mate as when we have done business in the past you always conduct yourself in a warm manner, very sad that this has gone tits up for you, hope it gets resolved soon.

if you paid with paypal you might be able to get your money back through starting a claim, unless of course it's been over 45 days or you sent the money as a gift etc. sucks when people don't uphold their end of the deal & don't engage in dialog after the fact.....

Just seen this! he took me for some money a few years ago on Ebay and a lot of other people as well then the account closed-re opened then closed again with 20 +negative feedbacks.

Won a recorded, paid- then it never arrived-by recorded post, he sent half the money back then vanished with no forms filled out for lost package.

Hey guys, this is well documented, I believe the t--t has had his membership cancelled on SS, whilst I was lucky to get reimbursed via my payment source, who pursued paypal (even though gift).....99.9% of sellers on Soul source are totally honest......There are individuals however who need dealing with!
