Ive seen a few Exits, Under The Street Lamp, Gemini for less than £50, great record to own that, although I prefer Sundown In Watts, but thats a tad steeper.

Bit out on the Garnet Mimms - had a bit of a revival over the past ten years - more like £20 for an issue and £30+ for a demo.

Still cheap for such a great record though.
