there have been a couple of copies of BW "Baby I Can't Stand It" on ebay recently, but before that I'd hardly seen one for twenty years. Cheap when it does turn up (I got one last month for a fiver) but seemingly pretty rare. A sh*t hot record, for me the mighty Womack at his very, very best.

Spot on with the Womack 45 Gareth - truly great 45 and def. quite a hard one to get hold of .

Let me put it this way... I've seen one copy of this record for sale in the past 5 years (or so) and I've actively been trying to find it. Admitedly, when I did find that one copy it only cost me $15, but that Freddie North 45 is seriously, seriously hard to find and I'll have to assume pretty rare. One of those that people say "oh, it's only a £10 record, you'll find it easily", don't know why really because it just doesn't turn up. A fantastic, pounding tune! As for value... I have no idea.
