it would be a huge pain in the ass, plus i checked with someone with a 3d printer and the current home models don't have enough resolution to do vinyl grooves. there is one coming out soon that can do grooves, not that really sound much like the original (they sound like a muffled version of the original), but at least you could do something that lines up. I'm going to do it manually with another record as a proof-of-concept and do scans at each step and post the results.
