I'm sure it is. German issue is on Avco Embassy and from what I remember there's at least another Euro issue on that label as well.

I've got another record on the same label that i'm 99% sure is a boot.

Not Belgian, Holland boot for the "Surinamese scene". One of them "IT" thing that to track, understand or surround you have to be "it" to recognize, accept and understand "IT". It's not "A" sound that you can define in simple terms or explian in few sentences. The "Surinamese musical scene" have been a topic on Soul source as far as I remember. So many small "named" after their own labels. Brits had northern soul, Belgians had pop-corn, Deutch had Surinamese. Cheers, Tim

Anyone can print STEMRA, BIEM, SABAM or NCB on a label without clearing any rights. So that alone doesn't make a record legit.
