That was my possible vote - but then I thought on volume they maybe did not do that much compared to others.

A first past the post is a bit ridiculous imo! how the hell can anyone pick just one from that list & not change there mind within a few seconds?  would it not have been better to have a 1 - 8 vote 1 being your first pick then the top four of round one and two in a head to head Dave?  

Ok, maybe in hindsight there are other ways to do it but my intention was to have two sort of 'semi finals' and progress the top two from each into a final of 4.

 

I'm not sure how we'd do it as a rated poll (1-8) but I'll look into it.

 

I'll leave this here for another 24 hours and the look at putting the second round up then.

I would have picked Stevenson and Hunter, rather than HDH.

I've tried to keep it as manageable as possible so if your particular favourite didn't make this shortlist, check out Round 2.  If it didn't make either of the rounds......ah well, maybe next time.
