That's truly reprehensible behaviour, someone sent me the wrong record recently, the sensible thing to do it contact him, ask him where he wants it sent and tell him to get the other guy

Send him a picture of a chip.

I just don't understand why people can't get along and be nice with each other. I guess that's life for some people. Peter
Sold quite a few UK motown 45s on eBay recently.
Mixed up a couple of items sent out (sent wrong record to two buyers - my mistake).
1st buyer contacts me to let me know of my mistake and offers to return item.
2nd buyer initiates ebay resolution immediately as 'item received not as described'. Despite offering to send correct item when incorrect item is returned buyer does nothing. Case is closed in buyers favour and a full refund made by ebay. So buyer has his/her money back and will still not return the record I sent in error. Neither record was expensive and 1st buyer has had a refund (as I cannot send him the record he bid on and won because 2nd buyer has "stolen it").
This is the first time this has happened to me - have other people experienced similar problems?
