Has anyone seen one of these before?

Just interested as I can't remember ever seeing one before.

My J.D. Martin had the same stamp on it - and a radio station call sign, which sadly I can't recall.

I know that a lot of people prefer pristine labels, but I like things like this, Radio Station stamps etc.  Kind of gives them provenance and puts 'em in a timeframe.

Hmmm   IPSS will this become a "standard" in the record grading stakes ?.

This is an interesting subject for me, as to what I want and don't want on labels. I've even erased artist signatures on labels before because they were ugly, but sometimes a really long dedication from the artist to someone is really cool. I usually remove promoter stickers unless they are famous promoters.
