People,  how much would a M- copy fetch? It's usually a VG, so i guess a M- is a bugger to find, no?!

not sure about that seller

isn't that the Las Vegas bootleg guy

It's interesting if you look at his completed listings: https://www.ebay.com/sch/vashx22/m.html?item=271385033399&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&LH_Complete=1&rt=nc

most of them say "1st press", a whole bunch are obvious, ahem, re-issues on colour vinyl. And then there's things like the Mustangs single which, notably, don't mention that they ARE originals and don't mention that they're NOT. I hate to admit it, but that looks a bit dodgy to me...

The seller acquired a quantity (40ish?) of original Kickin Mustangs 45s (and copies of the Outcasts on the same label) from the label owner last year. The seller had been selling true originals, I don't know if the recent sales are original but there are some around. The 45 has never been that hard to find, copies of those records have turned up here in Washington State.

great record - the funky side is explosive & sounds huge on a big system

The seller also had quantity on most Prix label stuff. And now some of those titles are being listed and NOT as 1st issues. Approach with caution...

last year? i thought he had kicking mustangs for like 10 years, maybe he got more or something.

anyways, it's not that rare in mint condition due to stock being around, there is a plato sleeve too.

Yes, all the Plato 45s had been available as new unplayed copies since the late 1980s, if not earlier. Thats when I got the Outcasts and a couple others. I think I got the KM about 10 years ago.  The last stock held by the label owner was sold last year. The previous copies were either chunks of the stock or stock from distributors. There are probably 300+ copies of the Outcasts 45 in collections.

giattino must have gotten the last ones then (as you say) but he had it before last year.
