Played out quite a bit in last few years . Butch and some others Billy. Dropped off lately.

I still give it the occasional play, lovely 45

Ady Croasdell first I remember playing this with any conviction covered up as Richard Temple back in the 80's.  Andy Dyson as well as others mentioned also spun this in recent times.

there was one on usa ebay like forever...might still be there...under £500..prefer the debbie curtis version myself

they were on ebay monthly for an age at aprox $600 not rare & Debbie's far better

and yes this version is far rarer and better than the williams version.

I like both versions, but I think Juan's plaintive vocal just pips it for me.  I used to play it at the early burnley events & niters.

 

And now this thread has reminded me to dig it out again!

Debbie Curtis spoils a good record, her vocals are weak and terrible.
