Is there any history of this record ??? I can`t find anything at all,

Really has it for me & could be a big record in the right hands at the right place in terms of quality & rarity (Imho)

I don't think it's that good, but what do I know.

 

I've only ever seen it listed on discographies. Looks like one sold on here years ago for 150. 

It`s you're opinion that counts Nick, I must admit it`s a bit early for my usual taste, maybe its young age lol,

Just wanted to know if it had any past history on the scene etc,

Nice record, sounds like Betty Lavette My Man, He's A Loving Man, also Detroit. It suffers from being mid-tempo R&B in parts then jumps to uptempo nearly Northern.

Yeah i've had a few listens to this over the last couple of weeks and both bits of it are great they just don't gel together in the same record that well

 

Mind you plenty of disparate records in that vein have gone big...

Sounds rather plain and flat. Maybe rare and obscure but unlikely to make a real impression on a scene rich in good tunes. One for the RnB collectors who might appreciate the earlier nuances.
