Posted August 28, 20159 yr Rob Bellars, RIP: For all those who knew him and want to pay their last respects in person, Rob's funeral is on Friday, 4th September 2015 at St. Matthews in Stretford at 11.00am followed by the burial at Stretford Cemetery at 12.00 noon.

August 31, 20159 yr went to school and was in the same year in Stretford with Rob [ and Phil Saxe / Mo Wright ] , this is very sad .first person to ever play Leon Hayward ' baby reconsider ' to me - absolutely blew me away and probably one of the moments that set me on this track going forward.every condolences and commiserations to family and friendsrip RB

September 2, 20159 yr Very sad news indeed.Met up with Rob for the first time after the Wheel days when Ian Levine was filming SWONS. It was the time that the 4 Vandals record was in the headlines. We put it about that Rob was lead singer with me Kegsy, Andy Simpson and Mrs B ( then known as Vandella to fit in with the recording) were the backing singers - interestingly, quite a few people believed us!RIP Rob, you did more for the scene than many people realise. Remember the story of Dave Godin and the Sandi Sheldon 45 - I do!RIP - sorry we can't be at the funeral.Julian & Carolyn
