Don't have an answer, but it reminds me of the Moments "Sharp" LP, The tracks were completely different in the US to the UK

Well, the US Veep one is actually 'Premature Golden Sands' which also came out on UK Island.....

It's an odd one for sure, as it also has the same tracks as the one you quote.

got mine (UK Island) for under a tenner... used to see lots of them about... great Lp
