Could anyone tell me what this record looks like does a real one have monad on both sides because someone has offered me a copy and not sure if it's a  real one can anyone help  thanks

Not been booted on the DJ version. There are two DJ versions, one with Mono on the label. Check out Popsike to see the contrasting variations - there are several with Mono on. I have both DJ versions but they are buried away. The Mono version is rarer so I would grab it ASAP.

Here's one with MONO printed on the "Send ...." side and the other side is "Destination..."

Definitely only got booted on the issue.  All demo copies are legitimate.  I heard one was West coast and the other East coast.  How true that is I don't know

The mono one is West Coast, Monarch press.
