He invested over $30000 in making his one single release as Bee Vee and The Honey Bee which was a Gospel/ Disco/ Funk record, with a plan to release an LP which sadly never materialised.

    Not a big fan of this style but it's no worse than loads of other stuff! I've heard it a few times, quite nice vocals too - much more soulful than many.

    for me modern ends with charles johnson never had a love one of the best ever but bee vee no thanks but then again to each his own
