We went to see him in hospital last week, I cannot believe he is no longer with us, he was in such good spirits. Rest in peace my old friend, thoughts and sympathy to Shirley and his family. Knew David very well, always talking with him and Shirley at various venues, always dressed smartly and always had time for everyone,a true gentleman in every sense.
