Hey all, looking to get people's thoughts, opinions and experiences of bringing home records from abroad, more specifically from the US to the UK.
Everyone here is well aware of the Ian Levine haul stories but just wondering whether anything like this is even remotely achievable nowadays with all the airport checks, scans, baggage limits etc.
I'm not sure on the legalities of bringing home suitcases full of records, whether there are additional taxes to pay or anything like that. Just wanted to see whether people here have tried it and whether a trip to the States would be worth it, purely to grab a bunch of records for much cheaper compared to UK sellers.
Any thoughts appreciated!
