I know this from the 80s 

My good friend Carla bought it on golden three in the 80s for the why the knower side.

I always preferred this to the other side, which is also good.

she still has that copy she bought in the 80s. 

It was always one of the things I always thought I would pick up

The fact that it is new just makes it even more special.

Thanks Gaz.  She's great. I first knew about her when someone told me about her cover of Radiohead's 'Creep' which does get covered a lot and even opened the latest epiode in the TV series Ladyparts where the main woman sings it.

I have just added her song: 'Poor Man's Pain' to the playlist of my next podcast. I do drop songs in and out until recording day but this should be there. And this track might well be in a future show.

Chalky, thanks very much for the heads up on this band and album. Just bought it. If we get a summer in London it will be the soundtrack. I have 'Outta my Mind' playing as I write - soulful and sophisticated.
